I am taking my husband to Antibes for a surprise 40th birthday presents (without the children!!), in the Summer. Can anyone please help and suggest any good restaurants for his actual night of his birthday?
Also wanted to take him out for pre-dinner drinks - any suggestions?

If you are in Juan les Pins le Jette on the beach is nice and the food is good (if there is no Mistral blowing!)
The pom pom bar is a fun place for pre dinner drinks or if you want comething quieter and more up market the Bel Rive Hotel is lovely
on the terrace overlooking the sea

There is only one place to go: Tetou in Golf Juan. The worlds best restaurant according to Michael Winner and me! Cash only; no cards/cheques. Your husband will love it.

Tetou is the place to go. It%26#39;s the best place along the whole Riviera to indulge in the Bouillabaise. Other than this fish-soup which actually is a a whole meal in three servings, the menu features just a few other exquisite fish dishes, like grilled Langoustes. Try the white wine from Bellet which is only available in this region. Make sure to reserve well in advance to get a table by the window for the best bayview. And don%26#39;t forget cash: count at least 150,- Euro per person...

I haven%26#39;t been to Tetou, but would really recommend Belles Rives, it%26#39;s got a magical terrace for drinks or dinner and has a beautiful view over the sea, and it%26#39;s within walking distance. No one mentioned Eden Roc, that would be pretty special too, depends if it%26#39;s the actual athmosphere of the evening or the quality of the food that you%26#39;re after?

You cannot go past Belle Rives, its absolutely stunning........especially for a romantic evening....I just loved it.....

I am planning on going to Tetou ...I have had several people tell me it is great. I cannot find the website/phone in order to make reservations. Has anyone found the contact info?

It wouldn%26#39;t be my first choice, I prefer both Bacon and Les Pecheurs in Cap d%26#39;Antibes.
