How do I get from the train station to the ferry? We will be returning a rental car at the train station but will need to get to the ferry.

Some rental companies (EuropCar for one) will let you return the car at a hotel near the ferry. If yours does not, I am afraid you%26#39;ll have to take a cab - unless the ferry company runs a shuttle from Caen. Check with them.

You can get a bus from Caen station to Ouistreham but I%26#39;m afraid I don%26#39;t have any more detail to hand. Contact the Caen tourist office - they will be able to tell you, and they speak English!

National Citer have agencies near the station at Caen and at Ouistreham ferry terminal. Im%26#39; sure you can arrange to pick up the car at the station and leave it at the ferry.
In Normandy be sure to visit the Bayeux tapestry, Mont St Michel, Honfleur and the invasion beaches. If your time is limited and you think of visiting the Memorial and the be%26amp;aches I%26#39;d say don%26#39;t do it. Visit the beaches thouroughly with a guide, human or audio but never without.
