Morning Tour and Eiffel Tower Lunch

I shall be travelling for the very first time with my daughter and hubby to Paris in the middle of December.

I have found, on the internet, an organization called La Conciergerie that does this particular tour.

This 4 hour tour stops at Invalides/Trocadero and Notre-Dame.

This followed by lunch at Altitude 95.

Cost Euro 95.00

Is this reasonable?

Is this a recommended tour?

They also state that we shall not have to wait in line to get to the restaurant. Is this so?

They say we can then reach the 2nd and 3rd Floor without waiting. Is this a fact?

How much does it cost to get to the top from the restaurant?

I have read that it takes hours and hours of waiting at the lifts if you do not take a tour.

Is this correct?
