Rue de la Cerisaie

Considering renting on Rue de la Cerisaie near the corner of Boulevard Henri IV.

Any thoughts/advice on this area.

We usually stay near Centre Pompidou for it%26#39;s central location.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
