Hotel outside of Toulouse

Anyone know of any good countryside hotels within 30 miles of Toulouse?

Not in the countryside, not within 30 miles. But...only a couple of miles further, and surrounded by its own large grounds (so it seems a rural setting). Once a glass factory converted to a unique hotel, peaceful, good restaurant, walking distance to Gaillac centre.
