Input from those experienced with any of these areas would be appreciated.
Family (2+2) trip. Probably summer 2009.
London 3 days
Normandy (WW II sites)3 days. Thinking of staying in Bayeux and taking a Battlebus tour one day.
Bordeaux 3 days. Tour a few of wineries (Lynch Bages).
Lake Como, Italy 3 days. Not sure if this is practical. I guess it will involve a stop in southern France (Nice perhaps). Ideas?
Fly home from Milan.
Also would appreciate recommendation on good places to stay with 2 kids (14 %26amp; 17).
