Anyone drive from Nice to Milan before? I Check on Google Map, it%26#39;s about 193km about 2hrs. Is it really about 2hrs (planning to make the trip early in the morning, say 6am).

I%26#39;d say it would be closer to 3 1/2 hours..
Try looking at mappy.com too as I find that google maps are not as accurate.

I agree with the above. viamichelin.com/viamichelin/…MaHomePage.htm is also good for times/directions.
Don%26#39;t miss your turning onto the A26 towards Alessandria. If you go almost into Genoa the traffic density may make your journey considerably longer.
And where you are going in Milan may also make a difference - the traffic can be horrible, and there is also a city centre %26#39;congestion charge%26#39; like London.
