Neighborhood (paris) feedback

Does anyone have feedback on the neighborhood around the following locations. We%26#39;ll have a week in Paris and want an apartment in a safe, fun mabe non-touristy area . Thanks

La Cigogne - 125 rue de Sevres, 6th arrondisment

Montmartre – rue de Abesses (subway stop – Abesses)

Pied a Paris - Rue de l’Abbe Gregoire – border of 6th and 7th arrondisement

Well, I don%26#39;t know about the other two, but anything on rue de Sevres is okay with me because of its proximity to La Grand Epicerie (but hey that%26#39;s just me:)

Rue de Sèvres is a busy street - lots of shops and food stores

There is a small supermarket %26quot;Shoppi%26quot; not far from Nb 125, plus another one almost in front of Hospital Necker (cross Blvd des Invalides) which is open on Sunday.

You will be near Metro Duroc (line 13), within walking distance of Métro Sèvres Lecourbe (line 6) + bus stops.

Rue de l%26#39;Abbé Grégoire is not far from 125 rue de Sèvres and is a very good location too.

If it is your first visit, both locations are fine. Rue des Abbesses is far from the main attractions - except Montmartre of course.

Did you stay at 125 rue de sevres? we are looking to stay in the same area and would love to hear your thoughts.
