This is a report including link to a wonderful-sounding apartment. It does not have a sea-view, however, but it is a fantastic position in the heart of the Old Town, and two minutes from the Promenade and the sea.

I%26#39;ve been searching for a similar apartment for relatives, and put luxury holiday apartment Promenade des Anglais into Google, as that%26#39;s the sea road. There are loads, and I%26#39;ve linked one example for you.

Be careful as it%26#39;s a very long road, but if you find somewhere near the Negresco Hotel, it will be a good position.
Hope someone comes up with a proper recommendation though.
