Student accommodation - Urgent!

Hi, My daughter is going to Rennes on 26 August for 4 months and is looking for student accommodation (shared room / cheap accommodation) to rent. She will be at the University but all the halls are taken already. Any advice? The International Hostel will only take bookings for 6 days max. Thanks
