My family will be staying in Bourg St. Maurice the last two weeks in December. Having that much time, we were thinking of spending one night probably the 26th in Lyon. Are most stores open that day? I%26#39;ve already seen many hotel recommendations so I will not ask for another. Any interesting sights for a one night, two day excursion to Lyon?

Too bad that you are not able to come sooner, for the festival of lights (December 8th)!
Since December 26th is not a bank holiday, and not a Sunday, all stores will be open. I suggest too that you first browse the forum and come back with more precise questions. Tell us please what are your main points of interests, included your children ages, as there is a lot of various things to do and to see!
