i am travelling to paris this weekend. Kindly provide me the best way to reach the HOTEL AMPERE near to Elysees champ........with family and 3 luggages

The best way is by taxi - about 50 euros.
Alternatively, you could take the Air France bus to the Arc de Triomphe and possibly walk from there (depending how near to this end of the Champs Elysees your hotel is):
Fare 14 euros
children 2-11, 7 euros
